As the title says, what did you do this summer?

This summer I did many things which ranged from moving house, mapping and game creating on RPG Maker VX Ace and also helping to make my father's classic car roadworthy again. I also did some mapping in RPG Maker VX Ace and I also started working on a game.

Feel free to share what you've been up to this summer as well, with or without pictures.

  • Went to Austin, Texas

Went to Chicago
Went to Fort Wayne, Indiana, a million times to help my twin sister out because...
She just had my nephew!
Moved to a new house
Wore a lot of sunscreen
Didn't get sunburned once.

Wow. That's a lot of travelling. Which was your favourite place to go to?

Probably Austin, Texas. Because, tacos. I'm being completely serious.

In Chicago I was fed food I'm allergic to and dragged to a Cubs game while in the middle of a massive migraine. So, not my best trip to Chicago. But I did like my boat tour! I'd never taken one on any of my previous visits.

Nice. It sounds like you had fun :) except for the migraine. I've never eaten tacos, but maybe I might one day!

I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. Will you be travelling again in 2016?

Sounds like you had a lot of fun :) I've heard a lot of good things about Skyrim, when I find the time I must play it myself!

Probably, I already have a few more trips to finish out this year. I, sigh, have to go to Florida. It's still Hell on Earth.

I used to be bit of a Nomad. When I was in school I'd rarely live in the same city for more than 6 months at a time. I'd just hop in a friend's car and we'd go somewhere and figure it out. But, the United States is huge so the funny part is I've only scratched the surface at seeing it all.

That sounds like a fun and interesting experience :) Is there a place you haven't been to yet but you would really like to go one day?

As far as the USA. I really, really would love to see the Rocky Mountains! I haven't gotten too far beyond the Mississippi River and the topography of the west and the mountains look mind blowing in photos. Montana, the Dakotas, Colorado. I'd really love to go to that part of the country.

And the rest of the world. Don't get me started on that! That list is pretty endless. I can't really count Canada because I'm so close to the border that walking there would not be completely psychotic.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
