What do you like about RPG Maker

I tried Unreal in the past, in my older Dell computer, I tried opening one of the sample game projects in the engine and the engine ran at around 2 FPS... Tried to make something from scratch, spent days, wasn't able to do anything...  

Tried RPG Maker, opened the editor, clicked and clicked for a few days, made a bad but working game.
