If it's your own art, that's cool, but they look like assets that were taken and squashed vertically. There are also artifacts around the edges that make them look like you've cut them out of some larger image.

I don't recognize them to authoritatively claim they're ripped, but those aren't things that would normally be present in artwork that you drew. Just be aware, in case, that the forum rules prohibit the use or discussion of ripped assets.

Your post also doesn't appear to be asking for any support with MZ :stickytongue:

I'm not sure why you think that ordering a physical product allows you to use someone else's picture (or, in this case, generated artwork) of that product.

If you didn't create the image (draw it or take the picture with your camera), you don't own the copyright to it.

The image you show is created by Hero Forge's Web site and copyrighted by them. The only way it's legal for you to use this is to order the mini and take pictures of it once it's in your possession.

Unless there's some public release on the Hero Forge site that I haven't seen which explicitly grants people the right to use their images.

Very cool, but if it was up to me I would use them as faces as well to keep the art consistent. You could also use the website to make the faces. Like this for example:

example.png

When in field mode you could have them as busts showing off half their body.

I haven't used photoshop in a long time but I recommend defringing them a little just to make them look a little smoother on the edges.

I think the website is great for a game.

Hero Forge's site states that you can use some screenshots for 'social media or during remote or digital gameplay through authorized virtual tabletop application', not for use in a video game. You can't just rip the art from a screenshot to use in your game, as that is against forum rules.

Do not try to use resources that you do not have permission to use. Closing this thread.
