Formula:
rate = (user.cri + (user.luk/100)) * (1 - target.cev - (target.luk/100));

I'm using Yanfly's Critical Control script to edit the rate of crits.

I've added (user/target.luk / 100) to the equation. In the scenario that the enemy has 100 luk and the right side of the equation becomes a negative...
Example:

0.5 * -0.1

= negative rate

What happens with a negative rate? Is it still zero or would irregularities occur?

Critical rate is your % chance of getting a critical hit. In theory, if the chance is negative, it should just be treated as impossible by the system, though some plug-ins do floor the percentage at 0, so it would just treat that as a 0% of a critical hit in the end.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
