What is "config.rpgsave"?

Hi,

I notice that there is a "config.rpgsave" file in my current game save folder,

but when I open a new project, there is only "file1.rpgsave" and "global.rpgsave" every time I save the game.

So I'm just being curious, what exactly does "config.rpgsave" do? Does it come from any plugins?

If I remember correctly, it's a file that saves the user controlled options, such as "BGM Volume", "BGS Volume", "Always Dash", and more.
