I.m not sure what you are referring too, if you point to the weapons, you can dowload them.
if you mean the characters that attack, probably done in a video editor.

the weapons can be downloaded below (right click + save as...)

They seem to be from this DLC, it is mentioned in the Headline of your Linked Website.
Edit: Atleast 8 of them. I dont know where to get the other 8. 16 are shown in the Picture, but the description
states its only 8.
