What's the correct antonym for the word "ailments"?

English is my second language, so I'm struggling a bit with this one.

Debuff = Ailments
Buff = ??

Ailment just means sickness, so the opposite would be health. lol. Not really a good word for buff. You could use something like augment, invigorate, or strengthen to describe a buff.

I would probably choose 'Boons' if you're using Ailments for all debuffs.

In my own game I use "Auguries" and "Enchantments", but the game is highly magical in nature so that might not fit your own game.

I really like enchantments, but my buffs are magical but also physical (fighter shout to increase damage) which wouldn't work.

immunities, resistances are what come to my mind. I also like "advantages" as a previous poster suggested.

But if you're making a fantasy rpg, then I would probably use "blessings." An ailment is a condition you have that makes you weak, sick, or more vulnerable...so the opposite would be a condition that makes you stronger, more healthy, or more resistant.
