here's one I recreated, through ancestral lineage, it would be believed.
Taco of India [hindu’s granessha daevadereye.]
We begin with, 1 onion, diced or uniformly chopped.
In a pan (preferably not plastique, as in authentic iron caste), add coriander, nutmeg, fennel seed and lemon zest. Heat with butter (2 tsp)
For 10 minutes on low, an additional 10 after on a slightly higher low. [notches here, to each their own]
Fry a bannana, but I gave those away, because a carrot is correct. 1 whole thinly sliced carrot, at 30 minutes and 1 partial (3/4) onion at 28-29 minutes.
1 cup of sliced or diced (however you wish) mushroom, preferably simplest as a baby portabello.
Add water at time codes 20, 30, 40, and remove heat at 41.
Use 1 tsp of water or 1/8 plastic cup of water (daisy).
Next we take a separate iron pan, and turn the heat on low, without butter (pre-oil the pan, please). Heat on low, for 10 or 5 minutes on either side, 10 for more crisp hard shell, or 5 for soft shell.
Serve after sitting a few minutes and proudly showing your mother some oddly good tasting medicine that tastes like quirella but better in every way.
