Gawd. You whippersnappers waxing nostalgic about Windows 95.

My first computer ran on DOS. The monitor had two colors: black and green. The floppy disks were actually floppy, and were about 5"x5". The only game it had had no graphics, only text.

1995 on my dad's old DOS computer, I would sit on his lap and "help" him play Ultima VII and Command & Conquer. Those were the days.

I've used a PC all my life, way back before I can remember(I'm 27 now). I would have to say though that the first time I became hooked to the PC was when I left school early(either late elementary or early Jr. High) and on the way home we stopped by a game/movie place by my house to find something to watch. I saw something called Diablo which at the time I thought it was a movie but boy was I gladly mistaken. Once I figured out it was a game for the PC and not a movie and installed it on my mothers PC, the computer instantly became my new form of crack. Not to mention I spent the last of my school days playing nothing but Diablo, Diablo II, and Counter-Strike.

I 'helped' my dad build a PC back in the 90s when I was two or three, so... a long time, I guess?

We didn't have Internet at home until about 2002, which was probably for the best. ;)

My first Computer was a ZX81 with a black and white tv as display, it was my 11th birthday and yes it seems to make me kinda ancient here ;-)

Windows 95. Played stuff like Sesame Street, Pooh Bear, and solitaire.

Also started roaming the AOL chat rooms a little after that. So weird...

It could be an IBM compatible PC running MS-DOS or an AMSTRAD. If you can describe me how the computer looked like and how the screen was, I can probably tell you. :p

Now, my next one after that was a desktop (although, they didint actually have laptops back then, i dont think) running windows 95, maybe....anyway, i was in second grade i think, and i remember it had this hidden object adventure game on it, i loved it so much...you played as this little dragon that had to go around finding these items to advance in the story, useing the items to solve certain problems...oh yeah, it was alot like Kings Quest actually...anyway...i miss being a kid :( . wish i could go back to school and not waste my time.

I was two years old when I used my first computer (my dad's computer). This was back in 1994, and it was a Windows 3.1. I learned how to install programs on my dad's Windows 95 at age 4, first played around with a program like Audacity at age 5, and by age 6, I was playing Thief: The Dark Project better than my dad. :D

I've got a photo of me on my dad's old Windows 3.1 at age 3, using the mouse.

Damn... I am an old man. I remember the days of monochrome screens, and slow, printers that came with a wheel of paper...

I used an Apple IIe when I was in 1st or second grade. Played a lot of games on it. Oregon Trail is the only name that stands out, but there were others including, being a fish that eats the little fish, and avoids being eaten by the bigger fish. And a game where you select head, torso, legs for a monster and make a mish mash...

My school had 1 single color screen apple IIe that was always coveted by students in the computer room. And then we had a Windows 95 machine that the whole school used for getting on the internet. Wow... the Internet early days. "When there were about 100 websites, nobody had a smartphone, and most people's phones were connected by a wire to the wall!"

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
