this only happens when i move diaganolly also the walls passibility are on X so its not because i have set the passability settings wrong my character only goes through the walls when i move diaganol which is what this plugin enables but i cant disable it because it also allows you to make labels which i need to indicate what buildings are able to be entered and what ones are just for show

I doubt that it is the move core unless that plugin is installed wrong, but there are several other possible causes.

1) it might be that you have mixed up ceiling tiles with wall tiles. Ceiling tiles are intended to simulate a second (top) level on a single-level map, and have a special passability setting as a result.
Ceiling tiles are every second row on A4 with the tile directly below being the fitting wall tile, and you can walk from wall to ceiling if the wall has an override like a ladder tile.
This case is actually quite likely because the ceiling effect is even there when the tile is not intended to be walked on, and there are several similar looking tiles that are used for tops to help with a visual effect.

2) It can be a combination of several plugins that cause this, with the yanfly one being only one of the plugins involved.

3) on itself the yanfly plugins can only cause strange effects if they are installed wrong, especially in the wrong order.

half of the A4 tiles are always ceiling tiles, no matter what you place in A4.
that is by definition and cannot be changed.
so you basically told that the first case is the most likely here.

check which tiles you used, and if they are ceiling tiles replace them with wall tiles.

if the wall tiles do not have the image you want, you can use an image program to cut down the ceiling tile (2x3) to a wall tile (2x2) and move it to a wall tile position of the sheet.

basically anything other than Microsoft's paint, because that destroys transparency.

GIMP, Photoshop or paint.net are some of the more commonly mentioned programs.

When I learned about multithreading in C++, one of the first things was that while heap is shared, each thread has its own stack and it's impossible to access another thread's stack.
So I wrapped the variables into a static class and passed its address to another thread. And it worked.
