Do you mean, when the game starts, you can't see the characters, but you can move around as if they were there? If so, go into the Database, then to the Systems tab. Uncheck "Start Transparent" in the Options in the upper right.

If this is not what you mean, please provide a better description of what the problem is, possibly including screenshots, if applicable.

I thought it was detailed enough, I meant that when i use change party member command to add a party member they are fully invisible, have no skills and are defaulted to the first class (even though they have no skills still)

Show a screenshot of the "invisible actor" in the database, then I may be able to help you.

I can't help you if you don't show me the one that's not working. If it's working fine, you don't need to show me. :p

The only actors that can be invisble in your Party are probably the first Tour, where you deleted the data.
And because those are default actors in the Party you probably simply forgot to remove then from the starting Party in the database.

Because only the first four actors will be in screen, adding moremafter that will not show in map and only show in menu after you scroll down.

What about the plugins you use? Maybe there are some that could mess that up or are in wrong order. Which plugins do you use? (preferably a screenshot)

I agree with Andar, even though you say it's not the case - too many people have done it to ignore it.

To get rid of the default actors, you do not delete them from the Actors tab. You delete them from the Starting Party box on the System tab. I bet you've deleted them from the Actors tab, and your screenshot supports this.

To test, go ahead and add walking sprites to the first 4 Actor slots, create a new empty map and put the starting position on it, then start a new game. I bet your actors - the first 4 in the Actors tab - will suddenly appear.

Oh, I didn't see the first Larry there, sorry. But Shaz is probably right. Select the top of the starting actors list in the database and spam the delete key, then add the initial actor that you want. Then see if your problem persists.

I'd personally like to see a screenshot of the actor that isn't working, as well as your system tab. That is probably where the error lies. Any chance you can add those?

You don't have the Transparent option checked in the System tab, do you?

Please post the following screenshots (you've been asked for them a couple of times already, but haven't provided them yet)

Actors tab, with one of the actors selected who is in your party but not showing up.
Actors tab, with Actor 1 selected and given a name.
System tab (make sure you do this after naming Actor 1).

Until you give the screenshots we need to see, we can only guess.

@Towelman your order of the yanfly plugins looks wrong, please check and correct that according to yanfly's website and then start a new game for testing.

additionally, if you haven't done so yet give a name to all actors that still have none and test if those names appear in the menu after that.

and please give a screenshot of the full event page where the actor is added, not only the cropped three lines from the first post.
