Where can I purchase tile sets for commercial use?

I want to purchase a tile set for commercial use for an iphone game. I looked at the store on this website, but there are only 3 or so tile sets. I will not be using the RPG Maker since it is exclusively for PC only. I've already seen the "Mack's" tile set, which is free to use, but I need more tile sets. Does anyone know of a good site to purchase tile sets that do not REQUIRE the use of the RPG maker?

I don't think games made without RM are really addressed here, but either find an artist to commission or there's some on opengameart

Well, some of those resource packs, actually, do have a Non-RM license, but it's more expensive.  Check at the very bottom of the graphics resource packs page in question.  If it doesn't show it under the Buy option, then they don't have one.

Also, you can't use ANY of the standard RPG Maker tiles outside of RPG Maker or IG Maker. (source)

Some of the packs have additional charges for non-RM use. Some of the packs can be used outside of RM without additional license purchase.
