I had this in a folder for commercial use, but no credits for it.  I wanted to double check its availability and make sure the right person got credited.  I just can't seem to find it anywhere, however.  Thank you all for the help.   :)  $tallthang.png

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
