Where is RTP?

I know that RTP is in the download area, but i can´t find it there. I find games to download, etc but not RTP. I don´t know if this question is going here or in another part of the forum. Sorry.

RTP stands for "Run-time Package", so it's on the Run Time Packages area:

As a side note, the RTP of MV cannot be downloaded separately.
