Where is the clown walking sprite?

I can only find the damaged clown sprite, do i have to download him seperatly? ive seen a youtube video of someone using the clown walking sprite, but i cant seem to find him in the event list

Nevermind found it, didnt look hard enough, is there a sv battler of him anyway?

edit: This is a good list to look at for determining if a character has all the "pieces" or not. According to Avery's list, there is no SV battler for the clown, but there is a battler image (SF_Madclown).

The file is SF_Monster.

I've still got my fingers crossed that one of our very skilled and appreciated artists will create a SV of the clown someday!
