I might just be blind, but where is the dlc located at after you upgrade from the trial to the full version?

If it's steam, it should be:

C:\<Steam Path>\SteamApps\common\RPG Maker MV\dlc

The email that gave you the download link after your purchase should also contain the download links to the additional resources and plugins.

unless if you didn't paid for the preorder though you will have to pay the extras from the preorder unless that you can get them in the download link
