Who made these mountains?

Looking to find out who made this resource and a link to their thread with terms and additional resources would be appreciated. I know I got these off of this site but I for some reason I no longer have the author of them (nor can I find the folder on my computer with their snow, desert, grey, etc, versions of the mountains either).
