I mean when i making my game there are some maps that come with it by default, like (School Classroom) and if i'm planing to publish my game, should i say in the credits that i didn't made any of those maps or beacuse i unsuscribed from all my worshop i items i had (i'm using the steam version btw) and it worries me that i might get strike by copyright, will i get in trouble if i edit those maps and decide to publish my game ?

Also if i still plugins that are outside of steam, should i also mention them on my credits is that a polite thing to do ?

You should give credit for any part you yourself did not make, not just out of copyright worries, but just as a courtesy.

@Vaschak, you can use Yanfly credit plugin which I use it. Just going it which will show up. If you feel about something wrong with using resources without a term of use, please do not use them for your own legal safety.

If a term of use states that credit is optional, I think it is a good idea to just give creators credit.

as @JtheDuelist pointed out perfectly, you should ALWAYS credit ANY work that is not yours and makes it into your project. Not just for legal reasons but simple, common courtesy

However, you do not need to individually credit the included maps. Just by using the engine you are required to credit Kadokawa, which covers all resources included with the engine, therefore, the sample maps as well.

Hi everyone, I see here that you have some more experience with the credits. Can you share more information, how it exactly works?

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
