Who uses the suite of Google Products?

I'm curious. Does anyone here use Google application in the Drive or offline for managing the various planning parts of a project? Character bios, item concepts, enemies, so on and so forth?

I'm a bit of a Google junkie. I love Docs. I love Drive. I love Keep. Got a Nexus, got a Chromebook. Can I Google that? "OK, Google." All my devices can very easily access everything I've written without much fuss and no matter where I am I can sneak a quick thought in. I love it.

Cool. I made a Google Form that could be used for plotting out a character in RPG Maker then. If anyone's even vaguely interested, I could link it.

I don't care for their EULA, so I don't use them. But lots of people do without hassle. I guess I just don't like them as a company.

I use Google for many things. My friend and I use it to RP since everything happens in real time.

The proper way to make use of this would be to make a copy and then upload it onto your own Google Drive. Or forms. Or whatever. Use the "Send" link to send yourself a fill-out-able copy, and then submit it.

EDIT: I would also like a bit of constructive criticism on the form. Anything i'm missing? Or should fix?


I wouldn't be surprised if you had a problem with the Parameter Curve section. A series of multiple choices was the best way I could think of to record what kind of curve to use.

I don't use these at all.  Partly because I don't always have access to internet, and so for those times I would be completely cut off from my work, and partly because not all my planning is digital.  I find a notebook (paper variety) which I carry around with me is perfect for those moments when an idea strikes because it is instantly accessible and because it can be used for doodles, quick sketches, layouts, flow charts, text, etc. etc.  


Some things I keep in dropbox so that I can access them from different devices, but that's about it.

Ah sorry about that. I wasn't really sure where to put this exactly. I figured game discussion because it does have some relation to the actual production of projects, but...ah well.
