Why does my water tileset flash black?

Now first of all I don't really understand the animated tilesets and how they set themselves up in the database to begin with, so my graphic file looks really weird, but here it is:



The dark green is the one that I'm having difficulties with. The thing is, I need different versions of it. One where you cannot walk through it, where you can but it uses the "bush" thing, and then one where you can walk through it but it doesn't have the bush. The first two work right, but this one doesn't work:



That one flashes black in the game.

It's in the wrong spot, that's why. The first frame is actually in a spot for water falls and the last frame is really empty, if you move that water over by 64 pixels it should work.

Ah! I see now. I looked back at the original animated tilesets from the program and you're right. It works, thanks!
