Greetings! My name is Ryan, or ryanfrogger, or RyanDCB, or Doctor Canadian Bacon... Um... Just call me Ryan. I've made a grand mistake of giving myself too many names.


Anyways, I'm a relatively new member of these forums. I might as well get settled in and what not since I'm developing my own little game of sorts. There's plenty of talent and impressive work on this website and I'm always willing to compliment and critique work. I'm very opinionated as well so I'll share some of those wherever I can. I'll try not to be too much of a nuisance, and I hope to see you around c:

As for my game? Well it's just a silly little game, it's taking a lot of inspiration from the Mother series, along with the Mario & Luigi series. Unlike a lot of the people here it seems, I've never played an RPG game similar to Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts or anything along those lines actually.


The game is called Space Pig 4. The games name is a bit of an inside joke I guess. There's also a Space Pig 3 I made for RPG Maker VXACE as the first test game. It's just a silly little game with quirky humour and good fun all around. I'm planning on having it done some time next year.

Well, I'm interested so far! Inside jokes aside the title still makes me smile. Can't wait to hear more about it when the time comes. While I've played plenty of Final Fantasy my favorites have definitely been of the Mother, Paper Mario, Mario & Luigi variety. I really love stuff that's just a bit bright, upbeat, and silly.

Ahaha, I'm a fan of the silly name of the game honestly despite the inside joke. Otherwise I wouldn't keep it I guess.


But I'm glad you're interested. I'll definitely be promoting it here once I start the kickstarter.

I also thought the paper Mario series was really lighthearted and refreshing. I hope to see Space Pig 4 around!
