I think you confound the rules of operating/fonctionning/whatever-the-name-is and the rules of content, only these ones have a legal role, it's the one you check when you create an account (=> no pornography, no piracy, no racism, etc...).

All other rules are fluents and can be debate, of course.

Dont feed the troll please xD focus on the main subject :D ! Thank you.

What is there to debate? The rules aren't created by voting. Most forums, this one included, are not democracies. It is what it is. You've been following the rules wonderfully in this thread, btw. :p

You sure do love to use WW2 era concepts and figures, don't you? Nazis, Stalin. Will we get an Imperial Japan comparison next? lol. xD

Now this is rich! You start by using what can only be called 'questionable' comparisons at best to get some attention and when people respond to it you tell them to focus on the main subject...

I am truly at a loss for words here... this is not a debate, it's a circus act.... a bad one at that

    no, they are not.
quite a number of the regular rules here on the forum are there for legal reasons and can't be changed.
what you agree to at registration are the terms-of-service for the forum.

to assume that only the ToS are caused for legal reasons and the behaviour rules are not is simply a wrong assumption on your part.

and again it is an assumption that you as a user can initiate a change in rules - you do not have that power, especially not after the way you started this topic.
Degica does listen to users, and if someone has a vital argument to change something then they discuss the advantages and disadvantages of doing this - but it still is their decision and will never be polled.
If you had asked why a rule is there and then given good reasons and specific advantages to a specific change, then you might have a chance of succeeding.
calling them "naziist" without bothering to ask for reasons, and then propose changes that would cause problems even after having been pointed to the reasons why that change is bad will not get those changes done - quite the contrary.
    Example:
I already pointed out to you that allowing several people to use the same topic that only looks to be the same error is very bad if the cause of the error is different, simply because the questions and answers that fit to one specific error-cause will create confusion for the other error causes.
That has nothing to do with preferences, that is fact and proven in years of experience on hundreds of bughunting-focused forums.
So what you're polling in reality is "do you prefer to mess and mix up three similiar but different bugs until no one knows what a poster refers to, or do you want to keep each bug seperate and identificable?"

I am closing this as you had your say, you got a response as to why the rules are in place and the thread itself has devolved into nothing worth keeping open.

The rules aren't changing without a good reason.

And honestly very little of the rules are because we are official. The core framework for the rules here actually came from an RPG Maker fan forum I ran before this place was opened. Yes, there have been additions/adjustments, but the double-posting/necro-posting stuff was there from the beginning.

Also, even necro-posting is allowed in some areas (like the off-topic boards). Though double-posting is not.
