Wierd Picture event

I have played games where there is a picture of the player at right of the screen and if you add clothing or removed them changed hair eyes w/e that picture changed as well... How does someone do this? I cant seem to find scirpts codes hintas tips or nada... also the sprit should be affected as well THANKS PEEPS! *low bowing* I think after those I know how to make npc react... say you wore stocking a horse head and speedo... they may have questions.....
