Will adding new resources to my map tilesets screw up maps I've already drawn?

So, I'm presently using the Trial Version, which does not have access to the Base Resources that most of you got in either an email or in the Steam DLC folder. I have made about 10 maps so far of varying sizes with the starting tileset resources. When I buy the full Steam version, I intend to transpose/copy-paste my present project into the full version and I will finally get my hands on all the Base Resources. Will this screw up anything I've already drawn?

Many thanks.

There are a few things to avoid:

*Do not add tilesheets with identical names to the ones you have.

* Do not change tileset composition (as in change what you have in the slot for TileB) without checking every map using that tileset carefully.

Other than that, have a blast. I have tons of sets in my playaround game.

(well tons = 11, but who's counting!)

It will not change unless you modify the tilesets - which can be prevented by making new tilesets where needed like said above

I'm grateful for your input, I want to make sure I know what you're saying. If I have a bunch of pre-made maps only consisting of the packaged resources that come with the trial version, will transposing those maps (and my whole project) into another version of the program (ie, Steam's full version) with the increased library of Base Resources change any of the items or images in my map? IE- is the icon of "the white pillar" identified by the system as "the white pillar" and will stay the same once more items are included in the library? Or will adding the Base Resources put some new item in the same place as where "the white pillar" used to be and make any "white pillars" in my map look like whatever the new object is?

Edit- Ah, ok! So you mean that I am able to create an entirely new tileset (Tileset D, for instance) and manually populate it with new items of my choosing.

In the datamanager you can create new 'tilesets' which define what is used for Tab A(1-5),B,C,D,E.

Just make a new tileset there, substitute your 'altered/updated' tiles for the default ones, and use those for your new maps.

Easiest way to start is just copy an existing tileset (right-click context menu) and paste it into a new slot.

The trial version now has BaseResources.  You can redownload.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
