Will a game made on Vista with RPGM vx Ace be compatible with newer operating systems such as Win7, 8 or 10?

I am eager to find out for certain and I am sure there is a definitive anwser, Thank You for Your time.

Yes, I believe it will. The program itself is the one that might have compatibility issues, but since Ace is compatible with every system you said, I guess there is no problem.
Hope this helps...

Ace games should run (if neccessary by compatibility mode) in all newer Windows systems.

But unless you're short on cash you might consider purchasing MV instead of Ace, as that is more modern and can run not only on Windows, but also on MacOS and Linux and export to Mobile and Web as well.

@Guiguimu: It does, Thank You.
@Andar: I have been considdering this, but the Program itself requires Windows 7, I am operating vista, however I will consider this when My budget progresses.

@Dragon Brother I suggest you check the trial of MV before assuming that it doesn't run on Vista, even if it isn't listed in the requirements (don't purchase it without testing, but that is why I mentioned the trial for that).

Perhaps you still remember the bugs in Vista when it came first out? There were a lot of problems with it until a certain Service Pack for Vista was released. But what almost no one knows is that Microsoft never really fixed Vista - that service pack simply replaced 99% of all critical Vista files with their later Windows 7 versions. That stable "Vista" that could be seen after that service pack is in reality a W7 in disguise as Vista.

However, they didn't replace all files, that is why I can't guarantee that the trial will work on Vista - it might be that MV indeed needs some functions of W7 that were never added to Vista. But as the Trial is free, it's worth a test.

@Andar: What a revalation! I never truely thought of that, and Yes, I am totally aware of the bugs, I've been running it since I bought it., but yes it is worth a look, Thank You for that input.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
