Only with a script, and the maximum resolution allowed is 640 x 480 by ACE. Though you can make it full screen, it will still be 640 x 480 resolution (or whatever you set it to). On my computer full screen is Alt + Enter.
If you want to find a script to allow you to increase the resolution let us know and we'll move this to script requests.

Only by scripts and only to a maximum true size of 640*480, because that is the limit of the used graphic library.
There are zoom scripts to get the window to a higher size, but that higher size would be a mathematical zoom of 640*480 pixels and not true size.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... 
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
