First off let me tell you a few things about me personally. I love Linux Mint. I like Windows 7. I hated Windows 8 (8.1 were better of course) but still didn't liked them much. This is a matter of personal taste of course. It also is a matter of the device Windows 8 were running. Used them mostly on laptops with a mouse or a touch pad, it made me feel bad really. Again I make sure you understand that it was a matter of personal taste. So I was still running Windows 7. Yeah, WAS, until about two hours ago.
I just upgraded to Windows 10. First things first. The upgrade had an error for me. I managed to google the error code and get the solution (empty a certain folder and retry downloading) so despite that minor problem, the upgrade started and I went to sleep. Woke up with a screen that I understood that I am ready to go with the configuration. I did nothing. It took EVERYTHING from W7 integrating them into the new W10. Wow! Just WOW! I dislike things Ms did to the past and all the fails and stuff, but I HAVE to give a huge Conratulations to all of them. That was awesome.
So what I saw in the last 4 days I run on it? Here is a list:
Disable P2P feature (peer to peer) so your PC will not be like a torrent node for the W10 download proccess. You can thank @Shaz for mentioning this.
@Archeia reported keyoboard issues with RPG Maker 2003. @Shin Kitsune confirms that and informs us about the same issue on RPG Maker 2000.

Just had a random crash. It looked like a hard reset and left me staring the BIOS screen
(that stuck too I had to press reset) so I hope they should fix such Issues.
Most possible reason could be a graphics card driver issue, but nobody knows.
So what is your first impression?
What do you like most on the new W10?
Did you had any problems during installation?

- Task Manager is dramatically enhanced in a VERY good way.
- Windows explorer is more solid and also more elegant at the same time.
- The kernel seems to be a fantastic effort.
- You can use your computer the way you were used to and you like, either if you like W8 either if you insist W7 were better.
- You don't have to restart anything to make a software take effect.
- Back compatibility with all programs already installed. NOTHING bad happened.
- Store access to fantastic free applications
- Windows Key+Shift+Left (or Right) — move a window to your next monitor..
- I really don't like telemetry and all logging Microsoft does
- I really had a few issues while using my PC but nothing is broken.
- Steam works fine for me.
- RPG Maker VX Ace works fine for me too.
- RPG Maker XP works fine.

Troubleshooting:
- @GethN7 had issues with frame rate. He shared a solution with us: I set the compatibility settings for the RMVXAce program to Windows 8, and my wonky framerate issues just disappeared. Here is a link to a response with a workaround on keyboard issues with RPG Maker 2000 and 2003. Thanks @Shin Kitsune.

- Galenmereth also netioned: "Be aware of this however: If you've got an nVidia GPU, there's a problem with the latest and only Windows 10 driver that makes Ace games in full screen flicker."
- CAN NOT SAVE? CAN'T AUTOSAVE? DOES YOUR GAME CRASH? It is folder rights on Properties > Security that causes this.
CLICK ME to see the solution - If a game is corrupted or can not start, changing folder name to all latin english characters and retry. http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/43104-windows-10-and-rpg-maker-sharing-our-experience-on-this-upgrade-along-with-troubleshooting/?p=459448
