I normally use VX Ace on my old Windows 7 computer, but recently, all the projects have been lagging, so I moved to Windows 10.

One thing you should know is that my Windows 10 is running through bootcamp--it's dual-installed along with the El Capitan OS in my macbook. I'm not sure if that could be a factor, but I think it's important information.

Anyway, whenever I try to save my game project or playtest it, I get a window that says 'Failed to Create Project'. But the thing is, it does actually save the game. So what exactly is failing?

I'm running the program as an administrator, and I have it disabled from saving to the Steam cloud.

Like I said, the game project is saving. So it's not a big problem, I suppose, but I still can't figure out what this error means or why I'm getting it.

Try moving where you're creating your projects. I had this issue when I was attempting to create them in a folder in the Program Files (x86) folder. Fixed it when I changed to the Documents Folder instead.

Ah, that fixed it! I was saving it on my external HDD, but I guess it wasn't liking that for some reason.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
