Hello beautiful people!
As my username suggests, my name is Shibe, but you can call me Wolfy if any mentions of the meme bugs you. There's really not much to say about the personal background behind my name besides my lack of creativity these days. I love Shiba Inus if that counts as a rational answer though.
On the guilty side, I haven't built my own game with RPG Maker since the furthest I ever gotten to a game is Microsoft Visual Studios and I'm still quite a noob at it. However, I hope it doesn't sway good intentions about me as game development remains a keen interest of mine since my first discovery of games. I have played RPG Maker games, and i'm very open on admitting that. Quite a few of the games I played have been the steady income of inspiration for projects I hope to achieve in the near future. I have a few ideas, but I still need to work out the nuts and bolts on how it would thrive in the real world - as a game. Who knows? I hope to make at least one successful game a.k.a one with a fair recognition to its name and characters.
Other hobbies besides drooling over a game developing fantasy? I'm an artist; a jack-of-all-trades, master of none. I'm not a professional at my hobby and same goes for writing stories which include a lot of fanfiction, haha. I'm still a student at school so I'm not completely trained for the real world. Personally, I love to tell a good story. I like making up ideas and trying to piece it together to add some plot and intruiging details to it. Sometimes its appealing and other times, I rely on better ones people do. I'm more built around character study though. Overall, I'm all about creativity and development...when I'm not trying to be witty with my bad punnery.
I'm a newbie to this forum in general. First post and all. I have been hearing about the RPG Maker community being pretty helpful and friendly about those working on games and the skeleton of the plot. It makes it a lot more relaxing to enter a new community under the benign influence. I'm really tempted to give game development a go for real! I'm still a stranger to these programs, but I hope they're newbie-friendly? It'll be something nice to pick up.
Enough of my blabbering. Thank you for bearing with me and I hope to have a relaxing stay here! Also, have a lovely day/night to you folks.
