Word wrap script placement

Where would I actually put a word wrap script?

I've never EVER scripted before, as I prefer to work within the system to make things work.

I saw a template for how scripts are written and it turns out my old coding ability helps me make my own, but I'm at a loss as to what section they go in. I see the scripts editor and all the list of things I could place it under but am unsure as to which one this would occupy.

Depending how It's coded(and probally the best way), is under module, as It's a indapendant script.
