I'm trying to implement a mechanic in a game based off of something in World of Warcraft.

Basically, there are numerous classes you can chose when creating a character. And when you reach Level 10, you can choose one of three specializations for the class you chose that give you specific buffs, debuffs, abilities and unique skills. For example: Warriors can vary between Arms Warriors (Use a two-handed weapon to deal strong burst damage), Fury Warriors (can dual wield or use two-handed weapons in one hand) or Protection Warriors (tanks that have options for stunning and provoking enemies but are mostly about taking large amounts of damage and staying alive).

I don't have a big event knowledge but I'd like to ask how can I make a common event that triggers when a character reaches a specific Level?

Any help is appreciated.  :D

Tsukihime created a plugin that may help with this called Level Up Events.  It causes a common event, designated by you, to trigger when a character levels up.  You could rig it so that it only triggers at Level 10 (or whichever level you want) by placing a conditional branch within the event.  Also, look into the Common Event Queue plugin, also made by Tsukihime, to ensure that everyone gets the effect if multiple characters hit the level at the same time.

Yay, now back in action Happy Christmas time, coming back!

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
To whom ever person or persons who re-did the DS/DS+ asset packs for MV (as in, they are all 48x48, and not just x2 the pixel scale) .... THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! XwwwwX
