World's Dawn microstutter

Hey guys. I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to ask as I am just a player. There's microstuttering in this game when walking/moving around and I don't know how to fix it. Tried asking in the Steam forums (twice) but got no reply. Is there anything that can be done? Does anybody have any experience with this game? It was made in RPG Maker VX.

If this is someone else's game and not yours, nothing can be done. Only the developer can fix it. However, anti-lag scripts will cause a small microstutter if you run a lot as it has to stop and update the event list, and there is no way to avoid that short of run the game at a much lower FPS.
