Alright, so I am using Ateiler's XAS Action Battle System, and I encountered something rather annoying.
You see, the script pre-defines player's movement speed (Line 246 of the script), and makes "Change Speed: X" option in "Player's Move Route" completely useless.
It's like this:
In a certain scene I'm using an event for the player's speed to change to "3: 2x Slower" but nothing happens, the player still maintains speed of 4.2 due to XAS script :/
So, since I lack any scripting knowledge, I was wondering if anyone can show me a way to change the speed value in XAS script during the game. Perhaps a script call or something could do this?

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most.
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
