XP Sprite generator?

Does anyone know of any sprite generators for XP other than Looseleaf (which are Mack style and not what I need)? All the links I've tried on Google are broken

To my knowledge, there are no other sprite generators, but I've been known to be wrong before. I would love it if I were in this case, because another generator would be awesome.

That would be cleaver, can only download at Steam, price is not decent but I assure if I can buy or not
