Is it possible to make my action sequence's target someone that is affected by a state instead of the standard; user, target, actor x, character x, etc.? It would be extremely helpful to me if that were possible. If it is not then is it possible for someone to whip up a quick add-on for me? Doesn't seem like it would be too cumbersome to program but then again I don't write scripts.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
