I'm using the Character Creator EX and Battle Status Window in my RPG Maker MV game and have ran into an issue. During combat when the actor that was created through the character creator actively attacks they are displayed over their info. When not actively fighting their image is gone. Any idea's on how to get it to properly display as the image for Cade is shown?image2.pngimage1.png

The first step is to double-check your plugin order - make sure all of Yanfly's plugins are in the order given on the Web site. Then try reversing which is lower on the list, the Battle Status or the Character Creator.

And if none of that helps, they just might not be compatible, and you might have to recreate the style of Yanfly's windows using SRD's HUD Maker.

I didn't even think to check the plugin order. Turns out that was exactly what the issue was. Moved some of Yanfly's plugins into order and dropped the Character Creator to the bottom of the list and that did the trick.

Yeah, keeping SRD's stuff at the bottom is generally the best way for them to be compatible with Yanfly's stuff.

Sometimes a mechanic that is meant to add challenge is just annoying. Even the Final Fantasy games did not completely escape this pitfall of design. (FF8 draw system I'm looking at you - grrrr)
starting working on the sprites for one of my games major antagonists finally. here's the first frame of his chanting motion in battle.
Have spent too much time hammering out with a friend just how to make a reoccurring enemy that permanently learns skills you use against her.
I know what I want in a loose sense. Maybe I should just make a post asking for opinions and suggestions.
