Yanfly Battle Status Window + Extension

Ok, I have both of these installed. The extension gives more control over the look/feel of the plugin. I'm having such a horrible issue with making ALL battle Windows semi transparent, I hate the thick color look on the bars, plus it really kills off screen view. The extension has an opacity option JUST for the main window with the portraits. I've done everything I can imagine and I STILL can't get the actor select window, help window and skill window to fall under semi transparent. What's the easiest way to do this? I just need a simple opacity on every battle window! Thanks!
