Hello All!
I am trying to make a weapon upgrade and crafting system using Yanfly's Item Synthesis plugin. It has worked wonders for me in the past, and I thought it best to keep using it, but I have run into a problem. I want to let the player have the ability to upgrade to a certain weapon sequentially, but to also be able to outright craft the higher tier weapon. I have no idea how to do this, because I need to use the previous iterations of weapons in the crafting recipe, but some weapons can be created outright in the middle of the upgrade chain. If this is confusing, I am trying to model a system similar to Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, and will provide a link to the weapon list so you can see what I am talking about.
