Yanfly Message System bug

I am using yanfly's message system script, plus his battle engine. But whenever I start a battle from an event, if I have a message window right before it with a name box, like his script allows, the name box shows up in battle. This only occurs if I do not have a set battleback in the map settings. It looks very wrong and I would like a fix :frown:. I will attach a screenshot.

Post it on his plugin thread, and he might make a fix in the plugin, so nobody has to use patches.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
