Yanfly Plugin Problem

Some how I messed the plugins up, I have not edited them in any way shape or form.

​Screen Shot Problem: ( The white icons above the enemies. I can not get them to disappear. No one, not even enemies have passive states.)

My immediate thought is it is looking for an icon to use but is only finding white space that isn't alpha.  Silly question but have you changed the icon set?  Does the problem go away if you disable the plugins?  Just trying to get a starting point for others to help besides me, as I didn't have this happen and am only guessing.

That's got nothing to do with the plugin.  You have edited your Iconsheet.png file and have changed the top left icon to a white square.  It should be fully transparent.

Ok, thank you so much, now I just need to figure out how to use gimp to make it transparent again.
