Yanfly Row Formation - Disable Formation but enable Rows

Hi,

I'm working on a project in MV utilizing Yanfly's Row Formation plugin.

I'd like for the party to be able to use the Row command from the menu, to prepare for battles. Additionally, I'd like for the party to not be able to use the Formation command from the menu, as I want to only be able to change one's party at a specific point in the hub, and not out in the world.

However, disabling Formation appears to disable Rows as well, whether from the menu or in battle. From my understanding Row is a subset of Formation and only is available when both commands are.

Is there a way I can make it so Formation is unavailable from the menu, but Row is? Do I need to use one of Yanfly's other plugins to manually edit the menu layout, or something else?

Database -> System -> Click on the box that says formation so the tick is gone, done!

How are you disabling it? What Generic said works perfectly for me.

In response to this and above--I've tried disabling it a couple of times and it doesn't work, as it removes both commands from the menu.

However I was able to manually add it with a different plugin so it seems the problem is solved.

The point is that it shouldn't - as I said in my post, I tested it, and removing Formation from the system tab of the database had no effect on the Rows command showing up in-game.

That leads to the question of whether your plugins are set up properly. But if you found another solution, I suppose it's moot.
