I looked in the plugin options for Yanfly's Victory Aftermath and Aftermath Level Up plugins, but there was no options to change the window sizes.
I want to make them either half the screen size or 2/3 the screen size, but I'm afraid I may have to edit the plugin manually (And I know next to nothing about Javascript).
Is there a way to do this?

You can use SRD's super tools plugin to edit any window size/placement via the menu editor (F12). Use it when you get to the victory aftermath screen.

I can't use SRD's Super Tools Engine because it conflicts with Yanfly's Core Update/Desktop Optimization plugin.
I would definitely do that if they worked together.

You'll have to edit the plugin, but it's not hard.

In the Victory Aftermath plugin, find these lines:
Code:
Window_VictoryTitle.prototype.windowWidth = function() {
   return Graphics.boxWidth;
};
You can change this value to whatever you want. "Graphics.boxWidth" means the full width of the game, so for example:
Code:
Window_VictoryTitle.prototype.windowWidth = function() {
   return Graphics.boxWidth * 2 / 3;
};
Same concept for the Aftermath Level Up. Find these lines:
Code:
Window_VictoryLevelUp.prototype.windowWidth = function() {
   return Graphics.boxWidth;
};
And change the value to whatever you want.

Code:
Window_VictoryLevelUp.prototype.windowWidth = function() {
   return Graphics.boxWidth * 2 / 3;
};
Make sure to take some notes about what you changed. That way if you ever need to replace the files, you can reference your notes and make the changes again.

Thank you!
This did change the top part, the EXP gain window, and the Level up window, but I can't find where to change the drops window.
I've tried searching "VictoryDrops" but I couldn't find anything that looked like what you showed for the rest of them.
I also need to find a way to make the drops window only have one column (Unless it does that automatically with the size change).
EDIT: Never mind, I figured out how to change the drops window size. Also, I don't think I'll need to make it one column.

Yeah for the drop window it's here, you can change the ww variable the same way for the width.

Code:
Window_VictoryDrop.prototype.initialize = function(titleWindow) {
    var wy = titleWindow.height;
    var ww = Graphics.boxWidth;
    var wh = Graphics.boxHeight - wy;
    Window_ItemList.prototype.initialize.call(this, 0, wy, ww, wh);
    this.openness = 0;
    this.refresh();
};
For the number of columns, you have to add these lines in to the plugin somewhere. Change the number to whatever you'd like the columns to be.
Code:
Window_VictoryDrop.prototype.maxCols = function() {
    return 2;
};

grief... lol... I keep seeing request for MZ versions of MV plugins. this is why I haven't moved over and just MZ for my MV project.
Egg-sitting minigame is coming along nicely. Are you a bad enough dino to keep all these raptor eggs warm?

I forgot to post the animated version of the previous map I was working on. I'm still arguing with myself on if I like the stark blue ground better than the undergrowth ground used on the waterfall map. Hmm...
now that fmod is free for indie(<200k revenue), it would be interesting to see someone add fmod support for rpg maker
Can't say I can't promise progress on a project just yet. But I can say I had fun databasing tonight. :)
