I'm using both Yanfly's Attachable Augments and Yanfly's Item Durability and I was disappointed to learn that they don't seem to natively support each other. Which I think is a massive missed opportunity!

I'm looking for a script that will allow me to create weapon and armour Augments that can increase the total Durability of a weapon or armour. Anyone interested?

Updated my Durability EX Plugin to allow changes to Max Durability.

Check it out here:

To make the change via Augments, just try:
Code:
<Upgrade Effect>
Eval: item.durMax += x;
</Upgrade Effect>
Where x is the amount of the change.
(You can't make durability go below 1.)

I'm having some trouble getting that notetag to run.
I've added
Code:
<Upgrade Effect>

Eval: item.durMax += 25;

</Upgrade Effect>
underneath the <Augment: type> tag from Yanfly's script, and it doesn't seem to do anything. The durability of my weapon stays the same.

You have to use

<Augment Attach Eval: type>
item.durMax += 25;
</Augment Attach Eval: type>

And BTW:

<Augment Detach Eval: type>
item.durMax -= 25;
</Augment Detach Eval: type>

Hmm, yeah, I tried that too. Still not working.
Tried disabling all my plugins, too.

Then it might be where you placed the plugins.
Mine has to be DIRECTLY under YF Dura Plugin.
I'm not exactly sure where the Augment one needs to be in relation to the others tho...

And then of course you have to make sure you are following the original instructions for the plugins.
(i.e. renaming TYPE to the augment type)

And just for the sake of me saying so, remember that you have to start a new save when making these kinds of changes.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
