Yanfly's Item Synthesis

Hello, I'm using Yanfly's Item Synthesis and I was wondering if there was a way to alter it such that only combinations that the user has all the ingredients will show up in the menu? Another option was showing combinations that the user's current items can become - I think this can be achieved by tying the possible combination recipes to the ingredients themselves but I'd imagine that would get tedious over time.

Any help would be appreciated!
