YEA- Event Chase not working...

I tried doing exactly in the image on the website and it doesn't fully work. I can get the monster to "slowly" chase me and that's about it.

You need to change the event's speed and frequency to increase the speed of the event.


And the event will not chase you like an intelligent being. If an obstacle is between the player and the event, the event will stay in one place, trying to move over the obstacle in a straight line. Since the event can't move, it will most probably just stay idle until the player moves to a different position.


But aside from the event being slow, what exactly is the issue? You need to provide more info about your problem.

Yes I got it! It was the frequency. I didn't expect frequency to have any affect on the movement since I am using a script. Everything is working great now! Thanks!
