YEP Action Sequence isn't working

Guys... I'm doing action sequence and it's quite new for me. So... I'm using Battle_Engine_Core_(YEP), Row_Formation_(YEP), Target_Core_(YEP), Selection_Control_(YEP). Of course I use more YEP, but these are the ones related to the problem.
I'm doing sequence and problem arise when my character who uses whip attacks... it's supposed to hit a row only once but it hits twice.

This is happening because your skill is using 'Whole Actions' by default, as it's a skill that's set to hit all enemies. Adding 'Target Actions' on top of that will cause the skill to look like it takes effect twice.

To fix this, change your 'Target Actions' into 'Whole Actions'. Alternatively, put this in the notebox to remove the default 'Whole Actions':
