I'm using Yanfly's External Link plugin and I wonder if it's possible to pass an ingame variable through the url. My game runs via browser and users are already logged in and registered, so I would like to pass an experience points variable to my mysql database under the respective user datatable. I was thinking that this might be an easy way to impliment a high score system? Is this possible? I feel like I'm asking a stupid question. Sorry if I'm being a newb.
edit: I'm comfortable with php and the scripting to pop the info into the db. I'm aware that the page opened will be a php script. Just thought I would let everyone know that I'm aware of that.
