RMMV YEP_BattleAICore - Problems with Dynamic Actions

I'm using YEP_BattleAICore and have Dynamic Actions turned on.

When Dynamic Actions is enabled and there's a surprise attack from the enemy group, it's always the 1st enemy that attacks twice but the rest of the enemies don't have this behavior. I don't understand why Dynamic Actions does this in a surprise attack. Is there a workaround to this?

Another thing is that when a state (Don't Move restriction) expires on an enemy, that enemy seems to ignore the battle action speed making it attack before my actors attack.

I have Dynamic Actions enabled for enemies to change their AI patterns when conditions are no longer met whether it be healing, etc. Wonder if there's a workaround to this.
