Hello!
I was thinking of npc to create for my game when i saw kirri's post that he wanted us to give him in summary, ideas for characters! and i loved the idea!!!
So i am borrowing Kirri's idea from this post and
What i want from you is, to give me a description of a character to be part of my game!
I know people here are working on their projects or just doing their part so i don't expect many replies but anyway! Just for fun!

Name: Holly
Gender: Born with no gender, appears female (Is that allowed? I mean, they are a changeling)
Age: Teen
Skin Colour: # 6!!
Hair Colour and Style: Think Ginger! Very curly and messy.
Eye Colour and Shape: Happy eyes with a little bit of heterochromia! Left eye's blue, right eye's brown!
Clothes: A cutesy little dress, not too revealing!
Accessories (Maybe?): None so far.
Other Details (Maybe?): Fang and freckles! You can make the transformation style however you want!

Personality: Very cheery and bubbly, but won't hesitate to transform into someone else to gain more snacks, or to pull a prank! When accused, they will get all defensive, saying it was their tiny dragon Bruno's fault! If somebody asks who Bruno is... well, you can make the result!
Back Story (Maybe?): They replaced a daughter of a young half-elf family through a hag who really wanted a child. When they were 5, they discovered their ability to transform into whoever! At 13, they went into the woods to meet the hag who replaced her daughter with them. Afterwards, they entered into a contract with said hag, who only wants mischief instead of mayhem!
Other Details: Has embarrassment over their heterochromia and freckles, so they change their eye colors when somebody notices the heterochromia. Same with the freckles; they hide them when someone notices. They re-show them when they think nobody's around, or just their closest friends.
Genderfluid, Asexual, and panromantic.
Likes: Pranks, food, other fey creatures.
Dislikes: Fire, Writing, Sleep
Status (Maybe?): Alive and single!

Not sure if they might steal the show... I hope not! I think they might be a side-character more than an NPC...

A bit on the medium side, down to their shoulders. About an orange ginger!

For the blue eye, Ciel! And the brown eye is a dark brown!

The dress is all one color. The sleeves are nonexistent, except for tank-top-like sleeves. They love any kind of boots, especially brown ones!
(Edit:) The dress color is like a soft yellow!

If you asking for the story and traits of the character,
I will try to include as much as i can, but still, they will gonna be NPCs or if i see that i can work with it along with my story, They will be Side Characters.

When you say Human, Supernatural etc. does that mean the character can have animal-like features?

Here, I've got one for you! He's a character from my own game, or set of games, MagiCats! His first real appearance is in my second "prologue" game, Death Trip, but he has a cameo in Rousalie and the Infinite Sadness. I've even put in a spoilered picture from Death Trip at the end, so you know better how to humanize him.

Name: Captain Woldemar Hlahtraz
Gender: All man, baby.
Age: Young Adult
Skin Colour: Tan white, like the third or fourth shade in your example.
Hair Colour and Style: Light blonde, undercut
Eye Colour and Shape: Steel blue, positive canthal tilt, judging
Clothes: His uniform! I designed it to draw from many eras, but you can best approximate it by looking at the North African theater uniforms of the belligerents in WWII.
Accessories (Maybe?): Monocle over right eye. He has a service pistol, based on the Gabbett-Fairfax Mars, if that's the sort of thing to appear in your game.
Other Details (Maybe?): He takes a lot of pride in his appearance. He files and polishes his nails, uses expensive creams and things for his hair and skin, things like that. He's not vain about it, though: he'll forget about his looks if he's in a fight or crisis or whatever.

Personality: He's a complex character, but I'll simplify it a little for brevity. Woldemar comes off as narcissistic, dismissive and upper-class, and sometimes even stupid, but that's all a choice on his part. Really, he's highly intelligent, calculating and manipulative. He's seen an awful lot of the world for how young he is, and while he does have a very high opinion of himself, he never lets it cloud his judgement. Almost everything he does is either to feed his ego or satisfy his cruel sense of humor, but he was raised to appreciate the finer things and so still respects art and romance and things like that.
Back Story (Maybe?): Again, I'll simplify it, and you can change whatever to fit your own game. Woldemar was born into nobility, descended from a palsgrave whose title he'll inherit when his father dies. His father is the ex-margrave of Ikshum (a snowy, easterly place), though their family is originally from a more Central Europe-type place. His mother was a witch who had to retire when she married into nobility. Woldemar grew up in luxury, in a mansion in the city with a full household of servants. He was generally a well-behaved child but started getting into trouble once he turned twelve and his cousin Egon came to live with them. Not mischievous little antics either, real crimes! Eventually, once he and Egon came of age, they entered the military. Woldemar's father bought him a commission, and after rigorous regimens of testing, training, retesting, retraining, Woldemar was judged to be a natural-born killer and then molded into an elite supersoldier. Now he's an ace pilot, one of the most highly decorated in all the Great Army of the Empire.
Other Details: There's nothing Woldemar's better at, and nothing that makes him happier, than piloting any kind of vehicle or machine. From flying a plane, commanding a tank, even to piloting a mecha -- or just driving a van -- Woldemar loves it! He becomes one with the machine. Also an expert mechanic, he's more than capable of fixing the things he pilots.
Likes: Piloting, fighting, seeing new places, starting trouble, going to fashion shows and watching old romance films.
Dislikes: Innocent civilians, war crimes tribunals, domestic beers, people who say they can't dance, free verse poems, split infinitives, anyone who steals attention away from him and especially anyone who spoils his fun.
Status (Maybe?): Rich, aristocrat, knows a little magic but doesn't admit it.

I could try to make him (in his human form) but i have to tell you,
My game is in a era/world where technology doesn't exist..(yet, at least). So machines or military doesn't exist..

What i can do (only if you are ok with it) is to edit him a little bit.. like we can keep the parts that fit my game's era, but he will appear more like a guard instead of a military soldier..?
So that means his clothes will be a different design and maybe that changes the character itself?...

Personality: Mysterious, and Bold, Won't back down from a fight if challenged.
Back Story: Comes from an Island plagued in darkness, His Island being freed by a child whom he taught. He decided to travel overseas and live a peaceful life

Likes: Reminiscing about the past, Keeping his eyes covered by his goggles, Being a parental figure
Dislikes: His Power, People who bore him, Immortal Beings

Oh, I assumed by "technology" you meant electronics. A lot of fantasy worlds have strictly mechanical machines, like Warhammer Fantasy or a lot of the Final Fantasies, but if you're going for pure Middle Ages or Dark Ages or something like that, I'll tell you what: planes and tanks replaced cavalry, who were usually nobility back in the day. So, instead of a pilot, you can make Woldemar a cavalry officer, and it will still work.

If your game's setting is more like the Dark Ages, you can dress him like this:

(Captain) Woldemar Hlahtraz is Ready!!

I decided to keep his clothes as they are. (As close as i could at least). I felt like if I changed the original design he wouldn't be him.. I think he does resemble Woldemar but from a different era/world.. What do you think HOLYMOTHER?

I also added eyelids and eyebrows because i thought it would suit his eyeshight (positive canthal tilt, judging). I have 2 versions of him, one with a hat (i think he looks so cute!) and one without a hat (You can see more of his hair and it's also nice). Also i placed the monocle In the left side like the picture reference (I can change it to right if you want)
