I'm very accepting towards many genres of anime, so my list is pretty big. Here we go:
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (My gateway anime, and my all time favorite)
Hellsing Ultimate (Great show with good action and good art design too)
Neon Genesis Evangelion and The End of Evangelion (Amazing story with great characters and good action scenes)
NIchijou (Hilarious comedy anime, wished it had gotten better sales in Japan)
Konosuba (One of few Isekais I actually enjoyed, quite hilarious and a good parody on the isekai genre in general)
Kobayashi's Dragon Maid (A modern favorite right now, good characters, good story, and pretty funny, also Tohru is my current waifu.)
I cannot understand what my husband is saying (good take on romance in my opinion)
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (the memes, that's all it takes.)

None of these are in any particular order.

    • JoJo's Bizzare Adventure: I just watched this anime recently, and oh boy I wish I've seen it sooner, easily my number 1 favourite anime!
    • Samurai Champloo: what's better then a samurai? why not a Gangster-Samurai? Fast and smooth animations, okay-ish storyline.
    • Shakugan No Shana: The very first anime I watch, I don't understand it because I watch it when I was little, so its just my guilty pleasure.
    • Black Rock Shooter: Another guilty pleasure of mine.
    • Gakkou no Kaidan: For giggles and lols, watch in English dub, you wont be disappointed :D
    • Corpse Party: Although its short, only 3 episodes I think... I still enjoy it.
    • Another: I love this anime, I love just love it a lot, I wish there'll be more of it though.
    • Terror In resonance: This one and Jojo are one of my favourite anime.
    • Fruit Basket - Manga Edition: Yes! The manga not the anime!
    • 5 Centimetres per second: Ah, this anime still hurts me.
    • Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day: Almost forgot about this one.
    • Clannad: If theres an anime that made me cried the most - is Clannad.
    • Zetsuen no Tempest: This anime is not bad, still enjoy it.
    • Devilman Crybaby: This anime is NSFW, and for 18+ only, This anime is my recommendation for 2018 anime!
    • Sword Of The Stranger: This anime movie is beast, that's all I got to say!

Annnd I guess that's all from me, hope you like my list :D

    No order here.

    Cowboy Bebop
    Trigun
    Outlaw star
    Yu to hakusho
Garo: Vanishing line (3rd run,the second run was ok. Bit boring at times.)
    Garo: Animated (1st run)
Jo Jo part 1 and 2 (3 was ok and anything beyond that I have no will to watch.)
Ronin Kenshien and Samurai X variants
Mobile suit Gundam 8th MS team.
    Macross
    Robotech seasons 1 & 3

And that's all I can think off the top of my head.

No order, but here is mine (I got some very obscure ones in here too, mostly because my grandma got me DVDs for some of them):

    Puella Magi Madoka Magica
    YuGiOh Season 0
God Eater (based on the game God Eater: Resurrection)
    My Hero Academia
Fire Emblem (probably the only person on the world who cares for it- it only has 2 episodes because it was hated that much)
Superior Defender Gundam Force (remember it? No?)
    Meltylancer
    Infinite Ryvius
    Better Man
Azure Striker Gunvolt: The Anime (I love you, IntiCreates, for making this)
    Code Lyoko
Naruto (before it became mainstream and trashy)

I haven't found too many animes that I could get into.

    I love;
    Steins;Gate
    Welcome to the N.H.K.
    Death Note

I guess the common denominator would be that they're more narrative focused, rather than action.

If there's something you think might enjoy, please don't hesitate to recommend it to me! :kaothx:

I don't know if I'm brave enough to watch Neon Gen Eva. I have no idea why I'm so fascinated by it, since it's like the last anime I'd ever want to watch, with the depression and nihilism and terrible things happening. The same goes for Madoka. I might try Princess Tutu.

Baccano! Is my all time number one anime. Watch the opening and tell me you don't want more?
Story is set mostly in prohibition era New York, majority of the characters are criminals and lowlifes. Its only twelve episodes plus three specials. It has constant surprises, the story is a crazy ride that you wont see coming. It does every genre from action, drama, comedy, horror and romance. The show is extremely non linear, has a massive cast, and pulls it all off. It is very gory though but even if you hate that you should enjoy other areas of it. The first episode is not the best.

A young women is attacked by a kid on roller skates with a bent golden bat. Things get more crazy and weird as the show goes on. Its a bit hard to talk about due to spoilers, but the story is great and still has meaning in the current year.

Dragon Ball - Do I really need to say why?
    - Japanese version, can't stand the dub! Mainly due to awful script changes which lead to different meanings and all or most of the attack names were changed.

Naruto Shippuden - Preferred it more than part 1 personally.
